Time saved = (your minutes per quote − 5 minutes in WrapSnap) × quotes a month, valued at your charge-out rate. This assumes the freed hours go back into billable work; if you can't fill them all, treat it as the upper end.
Higher win rate assumes a conservative +4 percentage-point lift from faster, more professional quoting — set your average job value and win rate above to tune it.
Margin protected recovers 2% of won revenue that manual quotes typically leak to forgotten line items and stale costs.

Conservative industry estimates — and you set most of the inputs yourself. We value the time you save at your own charge-out rate, then add a deliberately modest win-rate lift and a small margin-protection figure. Most shops tell us their manual quotes take longer than 30 minutes.
What if I won’t quote any more jobs than I do now?
Switch the calculator to “time-saved only”, or set the win-rate lift to zero. The time you save plus the margin you stop leaking still pays for WrapSnap several times over.
Is the 5-minute quote real?
