A workspace-scoped fitter contacts list.
F-1, F-2, F-3 sequence per workspace. Capture name, email, phone, reminder preference (email · SMS in v1.2 · both · none), and internal notes. Archive when a fitter stops working with you; restore later without losing their job history.
- Partial-unique email constraint — one active fitter per email per workspace
- Last-active sort by default — your most-used fitters always on top

02 · QR job sheets
Scan, shoot, send. No app, no login.
Each line on a quote gets its own JOB-001 number and unique QR code on the printed job sheet. The fitter scans, lands on a mobile-friendly upload page, snaps the completion photos, adds notes, hits send. You get an email with everything attached to the right quote line.
- Client-side image compression (1.5 MB, 2400 px long edge)
- Rate-limited to 10 submissions/day/line (anti-abuse)
- Regenerate the QR if a sheet gets compromised — old URL 404s instantly
03 · Job bidding
First-come, first-served bidding.
Open a job to the roster. Fitters get an email and (Pro+ workspaces) a push notification. First to click "Claim" wins. Job locked, others notified, your calendar updates. Quietest fitters get a nudge on jobs near them.

Know who's on the tools.
Sign a fitter in when they arrive and out when they leave, straight from the calendar's Fitter-load tab — each shows an "In · since 08:15" badge, and every clock event is logged. Fitters who head straight to a job get clocked in automatically the moment they open their job link. Set your closing time and anyone still signed in is signed out at end of day.
- Sign in / out from the calendar — live "signed in since" badge per fitter
- Opening a job link on site counts as clocking in — perfect for off-site fitters
- Auto sign-out at your closing time, set in Settings
