WrapSnap is built by a UK sign-shop operator for UK sign-shop operators. It's been built working closely with a number of real sign shops in the UK before features land in WrapSnap. The result: software that fits how a real shop actually works.
The proving ground.
WrapSnap is built working closely with a number of real, running UK sign-shops. Wraps go through it, signs go through it, customers use it, fitters use it. The features that survive contact with reality become WrapSnap. The ones that don't get cut.
That's why the pricebook ships pre-loaded with real UK trade prices, why the configurators ask about wing mirror bezels and door handles, why the customer portal speaks "your job is in production" instead of "your project status is in stage 3". The software learns the trade by being inside one.
Operating transparency.
WrapSnap is operated by MRJ — a Polish sole-trader business trading as WrapSnap. Our customer data is hosted in London (Supabase eu-west-2). Our data controller is in Poland under the UK→EU adequacy decision. We document this clearly because we believe customers deserve to know who's looking after their data.
What this means in practice: your customer data resides in the UK. Billing is processed via Stripe (also UK/EU-friendly). VAT is handled correctly for UK / EU B2B customers via reverse-charge. Our Polish accountant handles the tax side. Your data + your money + our paperwork — all in order, all in writing.
What we're not.
We're not a generic ERP that someone wrote a sign-shop module for. We're not a generic CRM rebranded. We're not a marketplace, an aggregator, or a billing tool with delusions of grandeur. WrapSnap does one job: it helps a UK sign-shop quote, schedule, and ship more work, faster, and with happier customers.
