This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of the WrapSnap Service and forms part of the Terms of Service. It applies to you and to everyone you allow to use your workspace. Capitalised terms have the meaning given in the Terms.
1. Prohibited uses
You must not, and must not allow anyone to, use the Service to:
- Send spam or unlawful marketing, or use the Service's communications features to send messages that breach PECR, the GDPR, or anti-spam laws.
- Upload, store or transmit illegal, defamatory, obscene, harassing or otherwise harmful content, or content that infringes anyone's intellectual property, privacy or other rights.
- Create fraudulent, deceptive or misleading quotes or documents, or use the Service to deceive your own customers or any third party.
- Scrape, harvest, or extract data in bulk by automated means, except via features or APIs we provide for that purpose.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, copy, or create derivative works of the Service, or attempt to discover its source code, except to the extent this restriction is prohibited by law.
- Resell, sublicense, rent, or provide the Service to third parties as a service bureau, or share single-user logins, except as expressly permitted by your plan.
- Publish benchmarks, performance data, or competitive analysis of the Service without our prior written consent.
2. Security and integrity
You must not:
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, other customers' workspaces, or our systems;
- probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service except under a security-testing arrangement we have agreed in writing;
- introduce malware or interfere with the proper working of the Service;
- circumvent or disable any security, authentication, rate-limiting, or usage-metering feature;
- impose an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure.
If you discover a security vulnerability, please report it responsibly to security@wrapsnap.app and do not exploit or disclose it.
3. Your data and your customers
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload the customer data and any artwork or photographs you put into the Service, and for having a lawful basis to process personal data about your own customers and any individuals shown in uploaded images (see the Data Processing Agreement).
4. Consequences of breach
For an ordinary breach, we will give you written notice and 7 days to remedy it before suspending your access.
For serious, illegal or harmful conduct — including illegal content, spam, fraud, a security threat, or conduct that risks harm to us, other customers or third parties — we may suspend access immediately and, where appropriate, terminate your subscription and report unlawful activity to the authorities.
Suspension or termination for a justified AUP breach does not entitle you to a refund.
5. Reporting and changes
To report misuse of the Service, contact abuse@wrapsnap.app. We may update this policy from time to time; material changes will be notified as set out in the Terms.
