Got a fleet quote with three Sprinter wraps to install across three different days? Each line gets its own install date, its own fitter assignment, its own customer reminder. WrapSnap inherits the quote-level default unless the line specifies otherwise — the line booking always overrides.

Day, Week, Month — all three.
The calendar uses the full width of your screen, so the week view finally has room to breathe — every day column is wide and easy to read. Day view for tomorrow's installs at a glance. Week view for capacity planning. Month view for the bigger picture. A now-line and today-column tint keep you oriented; filter by fitter or jump to a category in a tap. Click any booking to open its full detail — and edit it right there.

Every job, on one board.
Unscheduled jobs can't live on a time grid — so they get their own board. A full-screen kanban of your work, grouped either by scheduling state (what still needs a date, what's on this week, next week, and later) or by fitter, so you can see who's carrying what at a glance. On a phone it shows one column at a time with quick tabs to swipe between them.

A live board of everything booked in for today, each job with its own progress track. Tap “Advance” as a job moves from artwork to print to fitting to done — no need to open each quote to update it. Every job's steps match the level of updates that customer chose, and a dot marks the steps that send them a message, so you always know what they'll hear about. Switch between a timeline view and a stage-by-stage board, on desktop or phone.

Schedule it without leaving.
Tap any card — on the board, on the calendar grid, or in the schedule rail — to set or change its install date, add booking notes, and assign a fitter, all in one slide-up panel. No jumping back to the quote. Unscheduled jobs become booked the moment you save and slide straight into the right column; clear a booking to send it back to “Needs scheduling”.

Subscribe to your WrapSnap bookings in Google Calendar, Outlook, Apple Calendar, or anything else that speaks the ICS standard. Workspace-wide feed for owners + admins shows everything. Fitter-scoped feed shows only their assigned installs. Updates push automatically as bookings change.

Day-before without nagging.
When a booking lands, customer gets a confirmation email. Day before the install, gentle reminder. Day-of, optional fitter-on-the-way notification (Pro+). One-click unsubscribe per quote means nobody feels spammed — the customer sets the cadence.
