This policy explains how trials, billing, cancellations and refunds work on WrapSnap. It forms part of the Terms of Service.
1. Free trial
New workspaces may start with a 14-day free trial. A valid payment method is required to begin. We email a reminder before the trial ends. If you do nothing, your subscription begins at the end of the trial and your payment method is charged. If you cancel before the trial ends, you are not charged.
2. Billing
Subscriptions are billed in advance, monthly or annually depending on the plan you choose. Payment is handled by Stripe. Applicable VAT/tax is added at checkout based on your location and tax status.
3. Cancellation
You can cancel at any time from your billing settings. Cancellation stops your next renewal. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not provide pro-rata refunds for the unused part of the current period, except where required by law (see §5).
4. Plan changes
You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes are prorated by Stripe: upgrades are charged the difference immediately; downgrades apply as credit toward future invoices rather than as a cash refund. To move to a plan with fewer seats, remove users first to fit the new limit.
5. Consumer cooling-off rights
WrapSnap is a business service. If you nevertheless qualify as a consumer under UK or EU law, you may have a statutory 14-day cooling-off right. Where that right applies and you ask us to start the service during the cooling-off period, you may be charged for the value of what you used up to the point you cancel. We honour all statutory consumer rights that apply to you; nothing in this policy removes them.
6. Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails, Stripe retries over approximately 21 days. If payment isn't recovered, your workspace becomes read-only and, if still unpaid, the subscription is cancelled. Your data is retained for 60 days for export before permanent deletion. See the Terms of Service.
7. Service issues
If WrapSnap is at fault, your remedy is as set out in the Terms of Service (including the limitation of liability). We don't operate a separate "fault refund" scheme, but we may offer a goodwill credit or refund at our discretion where it's fair to do so — just contact us.
8. How to cancel or request a refund
Cancel from Settings → Billing, or contact hello@wrapsnap.app. For any refund question we'll respond promptly and explain what applies to your situation.
