When a quote sends, the customer hears about it. When artwork uploads, they're asked to sign off. When the install is booked, they're confirmed. When the fitter finishes, they get the photos. Every email is branded with your workspace identity and routed via Resend for proper deliverability.

02 · Customer notification tiers
Quiet, standard, or chatty.
First-visit modal asks the customer which tier of comms they want. Quiet = just the essentials. Standard = milestone updates (default). Chatty = every stage advance. Customers can change their mind anytime via a footer link in any email. Setting stored per-customer, applies to all their future quotes.

Fitter scans a QR and uploads completion photos? You get a notification. Customer accepts a quote? You get a notification. Reminder email fails to send? You get a notification. Opt-in per workspace, configurable per event type. Lands in your operator email + (Pro+) Slack.
